Taking a Break: Cuba 2008
In 2003 Simon shot his first event video in Cuba with Lord Robert Winston, accompanied by 105 women, all lycra clad and riding bikes.
Over five gruelling days, they cycled 450 kilometres through the heat and dust of this wonderful country.
He has since covered twenty-four more events, in India and Egypt, in Jordan and another six in Cuba.
